Huge Gaps
Upon putting this together, I realized there is a huge gap between the back of the lid of the smoker and the bottom. Obviously this gap will cause you to lose all of your smoke and heat making this almost completely useless without modifications. At the end of the day, this is a cheap product, but its a cheap product that isn't even remotely capable of performing its function without modification. unfortunately I'm not going to go through all of the hassle of returning this product, and luckily...
Offset rusted after a month
The offset smoker has rusted extremely bad and started after having it for one month, the photos are from after 6 months of having it. We couldn't get ahold of Master Grill regarding the warranty for 6 months after emailing them and calling the number on the website and they will only replace parts not the whole thing, we would have to go into the Lowes Store to try and get a refund, Extremely annoying.
Love my grill
It is just what i wanted even though when it was first delivered it was all bent up like someone had dropped it. But when i called and reported it i was sent a replacement and it was better packaged and it didn't arrive looking like the first one that came. Big ups to lowes for acting fast with replacing the damage item.

Bought this for my husband for his birthday. He put it together and noted several pieces were bent or damaged with some of the paint chipped off.
Huge dent on the lid
If i could do no stars i would. I ordered this smoker for my husband on his birthday. He was so happy until he went to put it together. There was a big dent on the lid of the grill. Where everyone can see. He said the lid was on the bottom of the box with everything on top of it so more than likely all of these have it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Functional, but cheap
I don't smoke a ton, maybe 5 or 6 times a year. I had recently retired my old smoker and wasn't in the mood to spend a lot of money. This smoker was large enough I could smoke larger items so I went with it. The metal is very thin and bends. I had multiple items in the box that were slightly bent here and there. Damaged, so dissapointed.
We were so excited for this grill which was a large purchase for us. My first mistake was ordering online for pick-up, because I couldn't select the box that wasn't already smashed up. It quickly became clear that it wasn't just the box. The barrel was bent, parts of the weather proof metal is scratched (so i get a fun preview of where to expect rust), and a welded piece in the smoker was completely off, off which made it impossible to remove the tray without further damage.
