11 yrs of living in a flipper-special, confirms the folly of “just click it together, no caulk needed, direct to studs”. Steam goes right between the sections, even when seams appear to be close together. If installer failed to get the edges of sections together right (like ours has a 3/4” gap at base of the wet wall & shower pan), AND you fail to caulk, your structure WILL rot/mold. If you caulk the seams, it’ll last a few years, but caulking must get redone or it’ll leak, too. Even worse...

This product looks beautiful on the box but is a nightmare once you pull it out of the box. I can't get the walls to completely lock in place. I had a contractor try to install after I failed at doing it. The contractor was unsuccessful too. Now I don't know what to do because I need a shower and I'm out $600. The box and receipt are long gone, so I can't take it back. This is horrible!

Once I finally got this installed it did look nice but it took 2 days to get it close to right. Like another person commented here, the walls are ALL made with different angles. The back lower wall leans into the shower space. The back upper wall leans away from the shower space. The side walls are tapered, it seems in an attempt to match with back walls. They do not. The back wall panels have grooves, on each end, to slide the side panels in. The grooves had bumps in them to lock the side panel...

Was really excited to get this product because of the aesthetic design. However, we found out after installation that the bottom back wall slants backwards because of the alcove. What manufacturer purposely designs shower walls that are crooked? Spent way too much money for crooked shower walls. They said there is nothing they can do, that's just the way it's made. What a cop-out! When we tried to creatively fix the problem, manufacturer said it would void the warranty. Voiding the warranty...

Okay, so I bought this 30x86 shower wall kit for my house, and let me tell you, it was not a good call. First off, it's tiny. Like, real tiny. Not as good as I thought it would be.
The panels off-gas for a long time (multiple days. We are still not sure the smell is totally gone, and it has been a week). They are also somewhat flimsy - once installed they move when you push on them - they could have been designed with more back bracing. And I am not sure how they are supposed to be installed with plumbing. In the instal video there is no protruding pipes, but in order to install you have to slide the panels down one inch, which means you can't cut perfect pipe holes. I end...
