What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this ladder for its exceptional versatility and sturdy construction. Most highlight its seamless functionality as both a step ladder and extension ladder, ideal for holiday lighting, painting, and home repairs. Reviewers consistently note the solid, reliable build inspires confidence at height. Many appreciate the ease of adjusting, extending, and folding, plus compact storage in small spaces. While some mention it is heavier than expected and a few note narrow rungs feel uncomfortable, most customers consider these minor trade-offs for durability and adaptability.

Very happy with products and delivery. But on another purchase I made the store said they had the products in 2 stores . I called to make sure and had a 1 hour drive to each store in different derections. The stores I asked 3 times do you have it and they said yes. When i got there they did not. Both srores same result. When I worked ,we would phyically check and pull the item, but all they did was look at the computer too lazy to check it physically. Very disappointed because shipping was 100.00...

Really poor service
Nothing wrong with the ladder, I am sure it will be my last as it is a bit heavy, but so am I. So a great ladder and fair price. My Problem is that I hate all the obstacles in contacting a real person. Click here to tell us your on the way, once I get there I find another key pad of which I don't know how to use, and the woman before me was looking at it and also had no idea of what to do. I went to the service desk and waited while they were having a very important conversation about what I...

Ladder that won’t let you down
This ladder was an excellent buy. I have used it more than I thought I would. I have been asked to borrow it on my first hour of use because of its multi-position way of setting it up. Go get one of these if you need a ladder to do DIY around the house or job site.

Amazing ladder
Great versatile ladder. I’ve been using this Little Giant Multi ladder for different projects around the house and it has been great. It feels sturdy and secure, adjusts easily, and it’s surprisingly lightweight for a multi-position ladder, making it easy to move around. I really like being able to use it in different positions instead of needing multiple ladders. Great ladder for DIY and home projects.

I bought this adjustable 22 foot ladder to reach guttering on my new house and change the bulbs on my outside motion detector device. Also, it is versatile to use with my older 17 foot ladder as scaffolding for painting and other home projects. My older ladder is also a Little Giant which has provided me with access to many areas aroung the house through the years.

Best ladder i own
Bought the ladder a couple of weeks ago just to use as a way to access my new home attic. But since then I have had so many uses for it. The versatility of the ladder is amazing. Very durable and stable. The weight of it isnt bad for the size of it. It also has awesome grip when using in sketchy places. Definitely recommend.

Versatile and Craftsmanship
This product is much needed for the now and for the future. It is very well built and will last a lifetime. There are so many uses for this ladder but most importantly is the versatility it provides.

Too heavy
The ladder is just simply too heavy, and the extension latches get caught up and stuck if it was a little bit lighter, it would be great, but this thing about killed me

The Little Giant Leveler 18ft ladder is thick
The Little Giant Leveler 18ft ladder is the thick goth mechanic girlfriend of ladders. Heavy. Dangerous. Overbuilt. Absolutely bad for my back but impossible to walk away from. The first time I extended it I whispered “good lord” under my breath like I just opened the gates to Valhalla. This thing locks into position with the confidence of a woman who knows she ruins lives for fun. The levelers grip uneven ground so well it honestly feels inappropriate to watch. Meanwhile I’m standing ther...
