The good: Select-able brightness and color temp. with the switches on the OUTSIDE, as well as the overall look of the finished assembly. Installing the (somewhat fragile) diffuser was less fussy than others. We found the middle positions for the temp and brightness worked well for one end of our largish kitchen. Read this if you plan to use a dimmer

It's clear that not everyone knows how these fixtures operate, and I wish manufacturers would keep this in mind when selling to the public. Some fixtures work with dimmers that chop up the 120V AC feed. THIS UNIT DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. This unit requires a separate low-voltage circuit to control the dimming function. NOT Dimmable

I bought 3 of these for my garage specifically because it said that we could change the color temp and they were dimmable. They are NOT dimmable - when my electrician tried to hook them to a dimmer switch, they strobed like a nightclub. Very disappointed but they are already installed and do at least look nice.

WARNING: DOES *NOT* DIM

Despite using the recommended Lutron AYCL-153P dimmer light switch from the Lithonia website (which should have been included with the *instructions* in the box) this light will not dim. Instead it will flicker. It behaved the same way with a different Lutron dimmer switch as well. This light is sold at a higher price point because it claims to be a dimming fixture. Too late to return the crappy fixture because it is already installed. Will NEVER buy this brand again.

Special Tool Required and No Wiring Diagram

Like many others there are no instructions or wiring diagram and no instructions on the box where to find them. I replaced an existing light where the conduit came in from the side. I had to purchase a "TriWing" or "Y" screwdriver to get the side panel off. Nothing on the box or with the online information told me that. Hail Lithonia! Hail Lowes!

I bought Lithonia products many years ago and I picked up a half dozen LED 4 foot fixtures. They are awesome. I probably could have gotten away with three in total, but I am ecstatic with the ease installation and obvious quality of the product.

Great Product

Great product and even better light output compared to traditional fluorescent tubes. Only issue was the shipping box came severely damaged however the product was salvaged.

Doesn't Last

I got 3 years out of this fixture before it quit working. Now instead of buying new bulbs, I have to buy and install a new light fixture. That is unacceptable. At least I don't have to pay anyone to do it.

Absolutely love this light in my utility room! Lowe's made it easy for me to order on line, curbside pickup... couldn't have been easier. Very happy customer
