1. The fixture did not come with light bulbs. (Yes I know it says it on the box but I didn't see that until afterwards. I have purchased other light fixtures and they ALWAYS have the bulbs included) 2. After putting up the light fixture and confirming there is power to the light it won't work. I have had TWO different contractors come out and neither one could get it to work. We made sure the lights are pointing the correct direction, they should be making contact but they still don't work. I ha...

This has been installed in a home for about 7-8 years. I did not fully understand what integrated LED light meant. It means that when a light goes out you have to actually buy the whole track head light itself to replace the "bulb". So what could have been a couple of dollars for a bulb is $30 for a whole track head replacement. My unit has six lights so I am anticipating having to spend $180 to "replace the bulbs" this year. We will be ripping it out when the next bulb blows and going with...

Kitchen fixture
This is a nice fixture, getting all the wires inside the little box is very very difficult. My biggest problem with the fixture is that Lowes doesn't stock the bulbs. They must be ordered in special.
Thank you for your honest review. We’re glad the fixture met your needs, but we also recognize there’s room for improvement. If you have specific sug... Read More

Not so easy
Difficult to install. Lights must be placed in the track, and this isn’t easy, before track is mounted. Lights do NOT simply twist and lock into place. It’s as if the contacts on the line get are misaligned and too large for the track.

These track lights are great
These track lights are great! Very easy to customize and install. I put in a track with 4 foot extension up to give my tree dwelling friend a sun light to bask in. My wife took notice. Now they are through out the entire house!

Light where you want it
I purchased this for my living room. Installed track lighting in another house in 1997, and nothing much has changed, save for being able to energize the track at any point, which was very useful. I added an 8' section to span the room, and picked up an extra light. A laser helped locate the track in a straight line. I installed it by myself, but an extra hand will make it much easier if you are adding long sections. The kit came with 2 choices of ceiling anchors, and I chose the plastic drywall...
