Terrible Communication and Customer Service.

Sent the wrong item which we picked up from Lowe's and brought home. It had not fixture, spray shower and drain like we ordered. Brought it back immediately. Said the correct one would be here by May 7th. Called Lowe's they had no information and the vendor was closed on the weekend. We cancelled the order, asked for a refund and ordered something else.

Great dog tub/foot wash

This was shipped in a crate. One corner arrived slightly damaged but it shouldn’t be a problem on install. It would be great if the faucet were pre-drilled. But it will be a great bathtub for our dog in the future and for our feet for now!

Solid one piece shower

I love that I found a one piece dog shower. It will be easy to clean and contain my dogs. I previously had a tile dog wash. The only problem we have is that the shipping container had a piece break off which left a rogue screw that slightly damaged the top part of the shower. I don’t think it’s a major problem due to how it will be installed.

Good station, but some limitations

This dog washing station is solid, but the listing photo with the high tiled wall made me think that the station was much taller than it actually is. Additionally, the photo shows a shower hose coming out of the station wall, but actually it is completely smooth (as seen in the photos). When using this I realized that I would want a wall on the front so that I didn't get so wet from the dog shaking.

Awesome Dog Wash Station

I like how the tub arrived well protected and surrounded by a wooden crate. The dog wash station is exactly as pictured and described. It looks like a great quality tub station. We are really looking forward to installing and using it!

Good shower, no sprayer

I bought this shower before they started selling one with a sprayer. Finding a sprayer that looks anything like the photos has been impossible. I called Laurel Mountain and they won't sell the sprayer separately and they don't have any recommendations. Be aware that if you buy this without the sprayer, you will have a very difficult time finding anything close to what is in the photos.

Nice compact shower

It’s a nice compact dog shower. For 30 pound dog !

Works great. No maintenance.

This product works great. We installed one in a customer's home and they love it. Easy to clean, maintenance free. No tile corners to maintain caulk.
