Like the previous reviewer of this product, I researched other tubs pretty thoroughly. We looked at the the Jacuzzi tubs at Lowe's; we visited a high-end store in our town to look at the $6000-8000 Kohler products; I watched numerous videoes on YouTube. After reading up on the Laurel Mountain product, I saw no reason to spend any more than what they were asking for this tub, and that has worked out quite well. Professionally installed, this has been a sturdy, beautiful, luxurious piece, and the...
Great customer service / Poor quality controll
The local store did not have a Laurel Mountain tub in stock but I was confident from my extensive research on the computer that this was the tub I wanted. I picked up my special order at the local store and did a quick overview with the help of the Lowe's employees. We did not, however, take it totally out of the box or pull off the access cover as I wanted it to be well wrapped for the balance of the trip home. It was a tight fit around corners and doorways but I was able to get it into place w...

Best summer project ever!
This jacuzzi tub was our COVID summer project and it was worth every penny and hour spent installing it, replacing an old cast iron tub. We looked at several models and this by far is terrific, accommodating TWO people comfortably in the tub. The head cushions are a nice addition and the size and volume of the tub itself is extremely comfortable. We use it with my spouse almost every other day - fantastic way to unwind after a long day's work! Best investment ever!
Thank you for your lovely review! The Laurel Mountain team is thrilled that you chose our tub for your summer project, and that you and your wife are... Read More
Great 2-person whirlpool tub, using less water
We were looking for a 2-person whirlpool tub that would fit in the space we were remodeling, and that didn't require us to add another water heater. This whirlpool tub is very efficient on water volume to fill and use for one or two people. We also purchased the LM210 (overflow drain) and LM320 (quiet pump that also serves maintains water's temp). We really like this tub.
Thank you for taking the time to review our Alcove Plus Whirlpool Tub. Excellent choice. Enjoy!
Great tub
This is a great tub and would recommend it to anyone looking. My wife uses it every night sometimes twice a day. In the line heater is a must. I would also suggest doing all your homework on what you need directly from Laurel Mountain because a lot of the people working at Lowe’s aren’t plumbing specialists. Unfortunately the guy I dealt with had no idea what he was doing luckily I already did my research. I would have also liked it if Laurel Mountain made a tub surround. We did buy one and from...

Great bathroom addition
We decided to go with this wider tub and it makes a huge difference. The arm rests aid in lifting yourself out of tub.

Great for after work relaxing
This tub is great for relaxing after work and on the weekends. It can fit 2 people comfortably. The suction headrest are not the best. I would recommend getting a warranty as well. We've had issues with one of the jets inside of the tub after having it for only 6 months. Overall, we are satisfied with the size & function. I use it weekly.

Perfect fit & Beautiful
This tub is way nicer than the picture shown. I remodeled my bathroom to accommodate a walk in shower. I replaced a old corner tub that took up a bunch of room and gained some with this new one. Outfitted it with nice fixtures and it looks fantastic, also fits 2 comfortably, couldn't be happier. If you add the LM300 heater, make sure you have a enough breaker wattage to accommodate 12amps.

Great tub, best ever
This tub has been great! We made it a double shower/ jetted tub set up. The lips on the side were perfect for this set up. We added the lights and heater, they all work perfectly. My only question was why I did not buy it sooner!

The best tub I have ever purchased!
This tub is hands-down the best tub I’ve ever purchased. In my 25 year construction career I have installed dozens of different types and styles of tubs. This tub installed with ease, and the preplanning for the pump & drain locations and electrical needs was seamless. I use this tub every day, and after six months it has not let me down yet.
