I have had this machine a few years and it has run just fine which I do appreciate. What I don't like is that my light clothes come out with dark marks on them and my dark clothes come out with a white powdery substance. I do clean my machine with a cleaning agent and it does not help. I asked about this once and it said to clean the machine a few times. I did that once and it didn't help either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On Thursday July 21, 2022, your technician came out to fix the washer. He was very professional and had his mask on. The problem was that the washer when it came to the rinse cycle it started spinning the tub and not filling with water. All the towels were against the side of the tub. We’ve owned the LG WT4305CW ($699 purchase price at Lowe’s) washer for several months and our experience has been mostly positive with a few negative issues. I am pretty happy so far.
We mainly bought this model because it matched the dryer we bought less than a year ago. I am glad we got the one with the agitator but it does not move the items in the washer as much as I would like unless I add extra water. Having the option for “deep wash” is a huge selling point to me. There are some items I really want covered with water to feel like they are clean. I like using liquid fabric softener so I like the dispenser that water runs through so I don’t have blue blotches on my cloth...

Very Happy So Far
I've only had this machine for a little over a week so if anything changes I will certainly update my review. That said, I have washed 8 loads so far (normal, delicate and bedding) and I have been very impressed with how well it cleans. The drum is huge compared to the machine this one replaced so I will probably start experimenting with consolidating loads. I read another review that stated theirs is loud.
