I am so frustrated by this refrigerator! It keeps shutting off and when I close the bottom section, if I don't pay detailed attention to it, the freezer pops open and then my food defrosts. I have to constantly baby sit it, and even then sometimes I overlook making sure it's completely closed. The worst. I need to call in, it's still under warranty, but it's been doing this on day one. NO meat and cheese drawer. Bad design overall. Do NOT recommend. Need phone number.

We HATE/DESPISE this refrigerator! The top freezer hang too far down - BLOCKS THE TOP SHELF VIEW of refrigerator. NO DRAWER in refrigerator like my old Kenmore which we loved. All good so far!
The capacity is much greater than I realized! It is very well lit making better brightness inside! I have the temperature at 2 and all inside stays solidly frozen in the freezer and crisp and cold in the fridge area! It definitely does not run as loud nor as long as my previous model so hoping this will matter in efficiency when my electric bill arrives!

Not happy with new frige.
I just purchased this refrigerator 5 days ago. Part of this is my oops! Most is poor design. First off, there is no meat & cheese pull out tray, at least that's what I call it. My oops because I didn't notice it. The second thing is if you use the butter substitute with square tubs you can't close the lid on the butter tray. Seemed ok in the store, but when it was delivered and I started loading it, I found the acrylic shelf in the freezer bowed under the weight of my frozen meats, and there was little room below to organize other foods.
