Handle cracked Twice.

We purchased a full LG appliance package. Everything works great but 10 months in(now April 2026)the handle was cracked on both the bottom and top. I called and LG set it up under warranty. Tech came out placed and order for the handle. Tech said LG is aware of problem as he gets these calls all the time. Told us to make sure the vents are always on when cooking so the handle doesn't get to hot and cracks as it cools down over time. LG sent the tech a whole new door since handle was on backorder...

Box was open when delivered curbside

I ordered this delivered curbside; when my carpenter opened box the next day he reported that box had been opened, mounting bracket was missing. Had to return, purchased another microwave in stock (+$100 more), rushed home so waiting carpenter could install before tiling. Manager Phil at Seabrook store said he'd credit the difference, never did, customer service # no help. I'm out the $100 difference plus wait time for carpenter install, another $150 (his time). Cannot be used in low light

The contols display is impossible to see in low light. It needs to be back lit. This frustrates me every morning when I heat my coffee.

Great Value and Looks Fantastic

I purchased this microwave during Lowe's Memorial Day sale and was very pleased with both the product and the value. The sale price was excellent for the quality and features offered. Waiting

Walked into appliances, 4 people working and helping two customers. No stress sign my name and stand to the side. 22 mins later three employees finish helping one customer. All three walk to the front with customer. I wait another 8 mins....total 30. Wall to the front all three are chatting with a check out employee. I walk back to appliance, no employees and no customers in the area. Wait another 7 mins, finally get helped. Takes 3 mins to find microwave that I knew I wanted..... ...

Nice Size and Design

We liked the overall appearance and features of this LG microwave, and it seemed to work well during the short time we had it. Unfortunately, we had to return it because the under-cabinet fit was not as expected. The listed dimensions didn’t work for our space. Although it’s a nice microwave, it simply wasn’t the right fit for our kitchen.

Clean

Very nice upgrade from the older over the range microwave we had. Has multiple different features we haven't tried yet, but works as it should. Has a clean stainless finish that matches the range perfectly.

Worth the price

Overall, an excellent microwave oven. The touch pad is very difficult to read in low light.

Bad

I already tried to submit a review, but it's not showing for some reason. I got this microwave installed in January and within a few months the handle was cracking and coming apart. I saw other reviews with the same issue so beware of that.
