I was very surprised to get my door up only to see no handle.... it's in the fine print....they say handles not included... well i paid 300+dollars and now I'm in another 100 at least... i feel jipped !!! Retractable screen failed after 14 months
I was originally pleased with this storm door: it was attractive, sturdy, and definitely kept out the wind. However, within 14 months of purchase and having retracted the screen no more than 3 times, the screening separated from its housing. When I called Larson customer service, I was told to order and pay for a new part. Missing handle
So I bought this door which explicitly says in the description it comes with the handle and I got it home and unpackaged it and the handle is missing. I waited over a month for this door and borrowed someone’s car to go pick it up. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement

The door is nice but the installation was terrible
I like the door but I also paid Lowes for installation as I am over 70 and alone so could not do it myself. If anyone asked, and all my neighbors have now seen the installed door, I would suggest hiring your worker(s) to install and NOT use the installation company Lowes has. As you can see in the photos. I love my new storm door
I bought this not too long ago, and I absolutely love all the features of this door. It is fantastic and I love it. I love how easy it is to change from glass to screen and how easy it is to secure it open and release the open to close.

I bought this storm door a couple of weeks ago. It is a very well-built door and looks great. The first issue I found with the door is when I looked at what people on the website had to say about the door was that the handle did not come with the door. The handle for the door was very expensive, but I bought it. I had the door installed by Lowes contractors. The couple who came to install the door did a great job. Door broke during install
I purchased this door from Lowe’s with the expectation of receiving a quality product and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, the door broke during installation due to what appeared to be a defect in the product, making it unusable before it was even installed. What has been most frustrating is the lack of timely support. incomplete screen door... sweep not included?
The door itself is fine, but mine arrived without the bottom sweep that was clearly shown in the installation instructions. A missing required part turned what should have been a straightforward installation into a huge hassle. I eventually obtained the sweep from Lowe’s, but only after multiple calls. Finally, a second employee went out of his way to find one from a door on display. Larson needs better quality control to make sure all of the required parts are actually included in the box.
