Failed in less than a month usage

About a year and a half ago we had a new front door installed and had this door handle as well as a dead bolt installed. We ask the installers to make it that we could use one key for both for the front door back door of our house. Kwikset units were chosen. Almost a month ago the front door handle failed. The handle would stick when trying to turn the handle. It was as if the bolt and handle was miss aligned. It would get bound up. It would only open if you used a little extra effort to...

I used my Lowe's money to help buy this item. I am terrible at installing pretty much anything but THIS I WAS ABLE TO DO. The design is a nice change. Color is true to picture.

Easier than standard round handles.

Would Recommend

These bathroom door handles in a lever style make it easier for my grandchildren to go in and out of our bathrooms. When they were coming out (with half dry hand) the old handles were slick and hard for little hands to open, so this style has solved this problem.
