Misleading packaging.
Says it goes to 1-5/8”, but I bought this to use to specifically deburr the outside edge of 1-1/2” PVC. This size barely fits inside the outside reamer hole and doesn’t even allow contact with the reaming “blades”. Inside reamer worked “ok,” but using the other Kobalt spinning-head-hand-tool dealybop works much better for the inside anyway, and you can adjust the angle with what I believe is very little practice with that tool. I will be returning this and going back to a flat file for the outs...
Not good for PVC…
Inside reamer works totally fine. Outside reamer is a super pain to use. Pipe will not stay centered in the tool and constantly binds up and leaves one big burr on the pipe. Takes multiple attempts to put a bevel on and then it looks messy when you’re done. Have not been able to use it on anything larger than 1” PVC. No good if you like productivity!
Nice color, but ...
This tool has a nice blue color. That is a good thing because, at least for me, it did not work for the intended purpose. I wanted to ream the cut end of a bicycle fender stay. A five mm wide aluminum rod. Simple right? Not with this tool. I would return it, but technically I have used it. If it were not a nice blue I would throw on the warranty of fitness for intended use proverbial dung heap.
Not enough contact points
When I use this reamer to clean the outside of the 1/2 inch pipe, it doesn't stay centered due to having only three contact points. As a result, the pipe frequently bounces out of the center and gets stuck between the outer wall and two of the supports. The cutting edges only engage if the pipe is centered. It might work better for larger pipe diameters.

OK for plastic pipe.
Uneven deburring if you tilt the tool while using, which is easy to do. It works OK on plastic pipe, but a box cutter may work just as well. I question whether it would last long against metal conduit. Copper, maybe. To be fair though, I've only actually used it on PVC.

"This reamer is an ALL-IN-ONE reamer for the inside AND outside of many diameter pipes; I have found that if it fits, it works! It's so good having ONE tool that does it all! Reamer for various pipe diameters.
The good: 3 blades to help ream, and good on inside and outside. The bad: To be useful for all pipe diameters, the angle of the blades has to be fairly 'wide'.. It still leaves a small ridge on the ID, so I use a different tool (blade nearly parallel to the inside wall) to finish removing that ridge.

You can get good torque with this thing.
Decent deburring tool. Good diameter to get a lot of torque. Possible weak point is the blades are not held in with a very large amount of plastic. Time will tell how this lasts, but so far i like it compared to other styles of similar tools.

This tool is worthless
Tried to take out the burr in the inside of a copper pipe. It might work if you have an hour to mess with it. I took a round file and had it done in a minute. It is hard to keep it square with the pipe and it does not work.
