Both metric and SAE/Imperial sockets, are included with this 1/4-inch drive tool set. The plastic case is laid out well and the bits are durable. This kit includes a screwdriver handle and a ratchet for the various items. The case alone would make a lot of people want to buy it. Two added features are the inclusion of star shaped security bits (TT10, 15, 20, 25, 27 & 30) and the lesser used Pozidriv (PZ 0, 1, 2, 3) bits. Practical and Handy 14" Drive Set
This is a nice, compact, 65 piece mechanic's tool set with a 1/4" drive. There are 36 different drive bits (see photo) that snap neatly into a hand held magnetic driver. Kobalt Tool Box With Ratchets & Drivers
I just finished painting a frame for a round glass patio table. Decided this was a good time to try out the new tool case. I needed to use a driver with the T25 bit to tighten the screws. Worked great on the outside ones. But inside there wasn't quite enough space to get on it right. Also in the course of working with the table, I turned around and found the latch had come off the box. Great for everyday repairs around the house
After using this kit around the house with a few projects I was saving to try this kit on, I did feel it was all I needed for the most basic jobs. There are all the tools and sizes I needed. I do feel the small size of the rachet limits the user from too big a tasks with the socket set part of the set. Not a lot of leverage available. Overall, nice socket set reasonable priced and lifetime guaranteed. Pros: -Lifetime guarantee. -Release button nice for securing sockets and extensions without them falling out (that happens with my other socket wrench). -Color coding on sockets to differentiate Metric from Imperial a nice touch. -3" and 6" extenders really come in handy. Kobalt
I received the tool kit and found that the tools were all out of position in the case. As you will see in my attached pictures. I have purchased Kobalt tools in the past and they came with a padding to hold the sockets and such in place. Other then this i found the tools to be up to the standard I have come to appreciate and expect from the Kobalt brand, As usual i found the tools themselves the highest quality and craftsmanship.
Great 1/4" drive set!
Package came together in set as show in picture. It also came with a Kobalt sticker for my toolbox or vehicle. They are constructed well and the case holds up well. The drive seems to be built well and should be a long lasting tool. I like the fact that it came with two extensions. This is an all around good 1/4" socket set. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing
I got this for $20 and let me say this is the highest quality tool set you could find for $20. The only issue was when I got the tool set all of the pieces where out of their slots so I had to re-organize them upon receiving them. Other than that I am very happy with the tools and the shipping.

Case is only problem; you cannot read the small print socket size; therefore, hard to identify the metric or SAE sockets. Ratchet is very well built and the screwdriver is good. I wish they made the screwdriver magnetic to hold the screws

I love my Lowe’s stores, I buy a lot, exclusively at Lowe’s, there products and selection are first rate. I have many kobalt tools and they are all exceptional. My newest mechanics socket set is a great addition to my tool box.
