Good size for me now

Disappointed in inferior design

I wanted to love this, I really did. The good: -I love the look -counter depth is great -love that it chimes if you don't close the door all the way. huge plus in a household with kids the bad: -the humidity/freezing up. New Fridge Reboot
In-store purchase was easy, though for some reason this transaction was associated with a defunct email account and cannot be associated with my lowes.com account with all my other purchases. While this was annoying, the delivery was a good experience, and the crew arrived when advertised. They "harness-lift" the old fridge out and same with the new one. I was a bit worried about my hardwood floor getting damaged due to the weight of the fridge (and assuming they would move it on a hand truck)...

Beautiful fridge, has too many issues
I bought this in 1/2024 (about 1 year, 7 months ago) because I loved how it looked and the reviews were overall good. I love how sleek it looks, and the counter depth was perfect for my kitchen. Counter depth was a big draw...
When our much bigger LG gave it up and it was time to replace it, the counter depth was a big advantage. Our recently smaller household did not require another HUGE full depth fridge, so downsizing was not that big an issue. This size (20 CF) seemed about perfect.
