Great light - missing parts/crapy customer service

I am giving this product a 1 star due to a missing part that is absolutely needed to hang the light! It was missing one of the two threaded loops that are needed to attach it to the base which is attached to the ceiling...no part, no hang! I called Kilcher and reported the missing part and gave them the item number. They said it would take two days to get it to me; after 4 days it wasn't here so I called back and they could tell me nothing, no shipping number and still didn't see it entered into...

Check carefully that the poles/bars are straight

The light hangs crooked. It turns out the poles are slightly bent which was not noticed until it was installed, so now we can't get it to hang straight. Should you go with this fixture, I advise you to carefully inspect prior to installation.

Bright and beautiful fixture

We wanted to upgrade our dining room fixture and chose this one. It looks great and the five bulbs make it very bright. I recommend a dimmer switch to control the brightness. It was easy to install.

Crooked frame

We loved the light, the size and stile fits perfect with our decor, but the frame is extremely crooked from all angles. It is clear the product was not properly measured before welding. I find it pretty inconvenient to take it down, re package and now look for a replacement. Saw a similar review and reached out to the OEM customer service via email. We'll see what they recomend.

Solander old bronze linear pendant lighy

I put this linear light in my dining room and it looks so good. It took me around one hour to put the things together. It’s bit tricky as the manual did my describe in details of parts contained and how to put this together; like to run the wire through one of the down pipe; etc. not difficult but just need to do bit trial and error. The package come with 6 down tubs which you should decide whether you need them all or not; depends on your headroom. In my case, I used only 4, 2 on each side....

Beautiful light BUT extremely crooked

We tried this light fixture Two times and both times had to return because it was so crooked you can see it from all sides. My husband even took it down to see how it looked on level surface and you can tell by looking at it that it was not welded well. For something this experience, I expect it to be better.

Beautiful light fixture

Beautiful and sturdy. I love my new light fixture. It adds to the beauty of my dining area. I wish it had chains to adjust the length. Otherwise, it's simple beauty. I purchased the installation option through Lowes/Angi. It was seamless. The electrician was timely and very professional. The scheduling and communication was all done via the Angi app or text.

Good Quality Light

Light fixture seems to be well made. There were a few problems with the installation. Because of it's size and weight, installation is really a two person job. I'd suggest making sure your electrical box is braced the same as if you were putting up a ceiling fan. The light fixture does not come with any type of brace to hold the fixture up while you are wiring it, hence needing a second person.
