Bad quality, parts are bent and shade is crooked

Purchased from Lowes and after we installed it realized that the part that attaches to the coupling is crooked. Which meant the whole light sits crooked. Contacted Kichler, they can't send a replacement part. They said I had to contact Lowe's. Although the person I spoke with was very nice, they couldn't send a replacement light for the same price because I got it on sale. Elegant and classy fixture

Awesome Upgrade!

This light is perfect! The drum size and height give it a nice presence without being obtrusive. The filtered light is perfect for reading, or working on the computer without being harsh. Overall a great upgrade!

I needed something that is not low hanging and bright, and this lamp is just that, beautiful, Classic look. The Design is just beautiful. Its the perfect lighting for the area.
