Good quality and pretty lamp
This was a nice quality lamp. However, I was looking for a bit more rustic of a design, and this seemed a little more fussy than my taste. I wound up returning the lamp and going with more of a cage style flush fixture. I’m sure this would be very nice in a different style home.

Poorly written instructions
The light is fine and works as expected however the instructions were poorly written resulting in taking it down a couple of times and reinstalling. For example, Machine Screw DD that protrudes outwards from the mounting bracket is used to connect the light to the bracket. There were 2 lock washers included but not mentioned in the instructions. It wasn't until after installing the mounting bracket that I realized these washers needed to be installed with the screw to prevent the screws from tur...

Looks nice in a dining room
This light fixture looks very nice and I am happy with it. The only issue I had was that the instructions were a bit confusing so it took some figuring out, and a few things were a little tricky to assemble but overall I am happy with this product.

I got this light fixture for my foyer space that I’m redoing. Out of everything in Lowe’s this was the only one I really liked the style of. I wanted to do a quick upgrade to the old & outdated existing fixture without having to shop all over. This one also matches the chandelier I got for above the staircase. Stylish - Not the best design. Poor instructions.
Pro: Looks great in the right setting. It appears that the problem with standard bulbs being difficult to install has been addressed ... I had no problem here. Cons: The assembly / installation instructions need some serious attention. Blew the house fuse
We put this up over a year ago this afternoon while cleaning up the light made a pop noise, I saw a spark and the house went dark. My husband took it down. The wires inside the light were crimped and they shorted. Glad it didn't spark a house fire.

Someone needs to tell Lowe's to quit trying to save three cents by getting products designed by people who don't own rulers, and who don't know how to write manuals.
