Do they Care?

I ordered coffee colored stones. The person at the store loaded the stones for me. Once I got home and laid the stones I realized they were the wrong color. They were gray so did not match my current coffee colored stones. I am 68 and was not going to load the stones back into the car. I called the store and explained the problem. His only offer was for me to come in and he would give me $20. There was no apology or concern.

Jet's just star by saying please shop around, that cape Carteret store had the same pavers for 3 plus dollars while the store in Jacksonville had them for 2.88

Not just for walk ways

We used these to raise a shed the level of the patio. So no one will see the pavers but they are easy to work with to give some height and to help level the base. It’s a small shed

Trusting Lowe's to deliver uniform product???

The product that was delivered is far from uniform - not really sure it's all the same stone.

Sturdy and pretty but poorly stocked

It took me 4 trips to three different stores and an unanswered request to call me when they came in to get them. I had to mix/match them with another paver to finish the project but it turned out well.

Consistency

Pavers were uniform in size and color
