I was excited because I got these for a good price on a black Friday deal. I ordered 10 of them. I picked them up at my local store and they were all beat up. Some were crooked, some were dented and damaged on the heads. In order to get the black Friday price, I had to do two orders of five each. Package damaged

I received my package 10 days after I should have. When I did receive it, the box looked like it had been ran over multiple times. Tape was the only useful part of the monstrosity I received. I called in to start a return. They told me to take it to the store. I bought 5 of these clamps on sale for $16 per clamp. If they refund me the $80 I spent I can only buy one new clamp now. Very Sturdy

[Employee of lowes] I purchased these clamps for a large and complex workbench project. I had held off on buying them due to the higher price, but they ended up being worth every penny. They performed flawlessly and made a stressful glue-up much more manageable. The bars are very stiff and showed minimal flex, even under heavy pressure. Terrible service by Lowe's

I cannot review this product as Lowe's does not seem to care about the delivery of the item. After multiple calls and online chat attempts no satisfaction has been found. Lowe's gives their customer service reps zero ability to actually help a customer. The best they can offer is to place you on hold and open another ticket. On a side note, the 18" version of these clamps are very good and Jorgenson should take their business to a different box store as Lowe's continues to be inept.

received used clamps

the clamps are good, but they were used, one was chipped on the outside of the jaw, and it does not affect the performance. It is a great product. my dispute is with Lowe's, I do not mind buying a second-hand product, but do not sell it to me as used... it is worth mentioning, this was not the first time I order something new and I received it used or opened box.

Not competitive with other brands

The bar is smooth, which does make it easier to slide the head and makes glue cleanup easier. However, the head slides freely on the bar and if you forget that and pick up the clamp the head will slide down and smash into your hand with considerable force. When placing the clamp into your rack you'll have to hold the head in place manually, making it a two hand process. Unlike other Jorgensen parallel clamps I have, you cannot lock the head in position by rotating the tightening rod counterclo...

Not impressed

The product probably would be fine but clamps look like they fell out of the back of the truck. Bought 4 parallel clamps. All 4 are beat up & scuffed up, 2 have a bent bar. Of course now they are out of stock. Your ship to store must have issues for you to give a customer merchandise like this. I must have bought the last 4 clamps in the company. Sure I can return them but I want the clamps exchanged or the chance to buy others at the sale price.
