John Deere Z330M ZTrak 48-in Zero-Turn Riding Lawn Mower Deluxe Collection

Not sure who wrote on the machine but it was delivered with sharpie marker writing all over the floor deck plate of the mower and is very irritating having sharpie scribbles on the mower considering I spent the amount of money I did and like to keep my equipment in nice condition Other than than it was a fairly easy transaction and process. Ohh the delivery took 9 days and i live 1.2miles from the lowes. Just thought that was odd. Again for the amount of money spent.

Dead battery, missing hitch

I got this delivered and the battery arrived completely dead. I called Lowe’s who said they don’t keep John Deere batteries so I had to buy a battery charger just to start the mower. Also the $35 hitch is missing. What happened to Lowe’s 10 point inspection??

I purchased this mower last week and it works great. I noticed a price reduction. According to Lowe's lowest price guarantee, I should receive a refund for the price difference. There is nothing in the policy which states otherwise, especially with an item reduced on the Lowe's website; however, when I called for this reduction, they said they did not have the option in their system. Nice mower, poor service.

Lawn mower is great. Store service however lacked. First off, I bought online for pickup. Received text it was ready. Once I arrived, they still had to call someone to get the manual and key from the lawn department. Then we get outside to unlock it and start it up, but no gas. None of them had gas, the store didn’t have any gas. Not sure how you expect to sell riding mowers without gas. So they had to push it onto my trailer. I cannot say enough good things about Lowe’s. Their service department is the best. Several years back I purchased a grill and while transporting it home I was involved in an accident and the grill was thrown out of the truck bed. I bought this mower and it only has 15 hours on it. Its been thru 3 deck belts already. I would not recommend this mower

has all the power and all the option without all the cost. nice feel / touch to the controls. notable thing that is negative is that the compartment behind the driver for keys or whatnot doesn't come with the cover ($8) door unless you upgrade to the Z330R--really?? you should have just made it smooth then so dirt and debris won't get caught in the little holes. Overall good mower

Shortly after I bought it the engine started to surge at idle. Called a dealer and they said since it’s a fuel related issue it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. I always use ethanol free gas. The dealer recommended running Seafoam through the tank. Tried this a few times and it still surges. I’ve been living with the surging at idle but soon I’ll have to clean the carb on my mower that’s not even a year old. I also really wish it had a more durable fabricated deck. A $3000+ Mistake

If you're doing research on this mower, I will advise you to look elsewhere. I made this mistake in March of last year. Since then, the deck pulley system has shredded two belts in less than 43 total hours of running time. One of those belts destroyed the pulley system altogether. This is because John Deere, with the Z33- line installed grooved pulleys on top of the deck that are the same size as the rear pulley attached to the crank shaft.
