Disappointing! Money pit....

Bought 12/2024 and it has been nothing but a head ache. Brake handle broke. Deck hardware falls off constantly in wich has caused the bending of the deck brackets, loss of parts, blades and spindles to be replaced (since the deck and blades smash into the ground). On the fifth time mower will need to be prepared. After the 1st incident I called customer service for the warranty and they want you to take it to a specific repair shop which is 1 1/2 hours away. very uneven cutting

everything about this lawn tractor is good except for the mower deck unless your lawn is perfectly level it cuts like crap highs spots low spots scrapes for that much money you would think it would cut better under all conditions never buying again

I think they are not assembled correctly!

I bought an S110 after owning a D110 for 12 years. Upon delivery, all looked fine (the fuel gauge showed empty). When I filled the fuel tank, gauge still registered “empty”. I jiggled it a bit and noted that the gauge was not attached to anything. The lever is supposed to be semi attached to piece that fits over the frame. Lowe's Associate wasn't Truthful

I bought this mower and the selling point was that I would receive a dump trailer and a lawn spreader. I didn't get either! The sales person showed me that I would receive both. I am highly disappointed and discouraged that I trusted the associate. It's not on my receipt. I asked him 3 times and he said I would get both. I will return this if I don't get what was promised.

check if your mowers has gas and it works

No Gas was put in the mower. we had to take off the Bagger first to put Gas in so we could get it of the trailer.

Lowes does not stand behind the mowers they sell

Bought this item on April 11, 2026. It worked great the first few times I used it. On May 9, it started making a clanking noise and cutting uneven. I had bought the extended warranty, so I called the Farmington, MO Lowes to get it serviced. They told me I had to call the extended warranty place, even though it had not been 30 days since I bought the mower. Better than I expected

I purchased this mower after a lot of research comparing various models and brands, and did so online. Delivery was prompt and excellent, and the ordering was easy. I am more impressed each time I mow. The engine is powerful, the gas filler is in an easy location to use, and the gas gauge is helpful and easy to use. Great delivery. Arrived as scheduled filled with oil but no gas. No scratches or dents. Very happy with delivery. Mulch kit was put on back order. Still waiting on that which has to be picked up at local Lowes.

I own about an acre of land and needed a good riding lawnmower. I know people who have bought several off-brand mowers (my opinion) and he’s had a lot of trouble. John Deere S110 42 in Lawn Tractor

After more than two weeks of waiting, the riding mower was delivered today. It started, and the blades engaged without issue; however, the mower does not move forward or reverse! Even after thoroughly researching the manual and following all suggestions, the mower still won't budge. Also, when I lifted the hood to inspect for any obvious problems, I found rust on some of the support rods! Why would rust be present on a new lawnmower?
