I’m in my 60s and it probably used or owned every chainsaw you can think of on the market including stiihl, craftsman, Poulan and presently own a Husqvarna 18 inch standard chain saw. I originally wanted an echo because I own a trimmer that is phenomenal. The first day I use the saw, I was totally blown away by its cutting ability, use of oil and good on gas. I live on an acre of property, which is predominantly trees. Lately they have been encroaching close to my house and I’ve needed something...
Not reliable
I took a chance on this as I have mostly Echo chainsaws which have been extremely reliable and durable. After a few light jobs with this , it already quit on me in the middle of a job, had to waste time watching YouTube tutorials on how to take the carb apart and troubleshoot etc…never again stick with Echo or Stihl if you want something that works

Pole Saw great quality
Ive been impressed by the consistent quality from Husqvarna products. I have 2 of their chain saws and a 46" riding tractor and now thus pole saw. We are on 7 rural acres in N.central FL with many trees to maintain. Although I have not put many hours on the pole saw, I'm cinfident I'll be happy with this saw.

Arrived Damaged
Ordered and was delivered. Box was severely damaged. Upon opening the drive shaft was bent 45° making it useless. Was returned to my closest Lowe’s without issue (a 45 minute one way trip). Lowe’s should not simply slap a shipping label on a box designed for display on a shelf, not to be shipped individually and expect it to arrive to a customer without damage.

Really Awesome to have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to help take care of tree maintenance around our house. I've never owned any gas powered tools other than a lawn mower so it was cool to finally use one. Worked really well and tbph, I though it would have been a lot harder to build than it was. Im probably going to buy a Husqy chainsaw by this time nest year.

NOT 13 ft tall
The box says plainly "13 ft" and I thought it was worth the extra money for this pole saw due to the length. However, it is only 8 feet long. The 13 ft is supposed to include the height of the person using it. If they are using it properly I'm not sure how that's possible unless a person is 5 ft tall at the waist. Returning it for a refund.

Great Saw to have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw to help take care of the tree limbs on my property, I wish I had gotten it sooner! what used to take me hours to complete I was able to accomplish in about 90 minutes. The build quality is great and so far, no issues, just put in gas and oil and go! This saw matched up nicely with my other tools also!

Great Tool - Poor Lowe's On-line Experience
I really like my Husqvarna chainsaws, leaf blowers, brush cutter, lawn mower and snow blower. All items were purchased from my local Lowe's. This was my first Husqvarna on-line purchase from Lowe's. Within one hour of the FedEx delivery, I was returning the pole saw to my local Lowe's. Upon arrival the box appeared bent (see photo) but surprising the shaft inside wasn't. However, upon further investigation it was obvious Lowe's sent me a USED pole saw. 1) There was evidence that someone had inco...

Question about total length?
Bought Husqvarna 525P4S yesterday, Sunday February 25, 2024. Opened the box today to use it. No extension to get “up to 13 feet” as shown on box the pole saw came in. Lowe’s website showed similar length which is why I bought it so not to have to use a ladder to reach my high Palm tree branches… Pole saw worked well, but the packaging and Lowe’s website are misleading. Ended up having to climb a ladder, which, had I known it was only 95.7 inches total length, I wouldn’t have purchased it for Alm...
