Junk and very dangerous

Purchase the saw last week and I just got to use it and out of all the saws I've ever used I can say that a cheap junkie pole and saw runs better than this one. Constantly jumps you got to use a lot of your strength to keep it from jumping up and hitting you in the freaking forehead and I'm past the 48 hours to return it to Lowe's because I didn't use it the day I got it. I strongly recommend do not buy this saw it's extremely dangerous.

Chainsaw won't start

I bought this chainsaw and extended service guarantee online during an ice storm, and it arrived on a Wednesday. The storm cleared enough to begin cleanup on Saturday. This chainsaw ruined two brand new chains in one day. The chain jumps off the bar and there is a metal piece that damages the drive links.

X-cut chain is questionable

I purchased this saw about a month ago and took it up the hill to cut Pinyon Pine for my church congregants. The winter ran long this year and firewood ran short. I purchased the Rancher 450 in October of 2020 to tend to a tree that had fallen in my yard. No complaints, it worked beautifully. Good homeowner saw

This Husqvarna 450 chainsaw is a decent and solid chainsaw for a homeowner and light rancher. This is the newest version, and the sprocket cover now has one bolt securing it which makes on the go maintenance a little quicker. I purchased this saw from Lowes. The first time I used it it failed. I only used it for about 30 minutes. It then stopped running. Took it back to Lowes and I was just outside of their exchange period. I was then told that it had to be sent in for repair.
