Unreliable

I bought this in the spring and as much as I've wanted to like it, I'm really starting to regret my purchase. Just doing small jobs around the house, it's a pain to keep running. If you don't bump the throttle continuously, it will shut off. If it shuts off once it's warm, good luck getting it started even if you follow the Husqvarna instructions. Wish I had read the reviews, this is junk. Had it for a week or two before the plastic on the chain brake assembly broke leaving the tension adjustment nn functioning. Found a hack online with some washers that got me going for another couple hours. Got a husq 460 and shelved this. poor quality

bought this saw expecting better quality but saw can be difficult to crank and once warm doesn't crank at all. bought saw at the end of March used for a few hours , and after warmed up amd one to 2 tanks of fuel would not crank. about 2 months later difficult to crank but got it running and cut some dead wood and then attempted to ise it again about 2 months later. bought the pro plan and will return it for repair / replacement or refund. if the saw can't operate for more than 30 min at a...

Poor Quality Control

Upon unboxing I used the saw once then it would not start again. Upon troubleshooting I found that there was zero gap on the spark plug. After removing the cover to get at the spark plug, I also noticed that the rubber gasket that separates the carburetor compartment from the engine compartment was improperly installed. Piece of trash

I bought this saw to cut out stumps in my back yard.. Nothing over 8 inches. Went against my better judgement and bought this one over an echo or stihl. First time using, bought at store two hours earlier. Fist stump was half dead and it cut like butter. Next 5 were live. saw kept stalling and having to restart. barley cut. Going back to the store

Guess my first mistake was not looking at the reviews. At the time of writing this review, this unit has 2.3 out of 5 star review. Out of the box, it started right up. However, would not stay running. Even working the throttle, its difficult to keep the chainsaw running. Tried reaching out to Husqvarna but your only option is to fill-out a support ticket and they will reply with 24-72 hours. DON’T waste your money!

I should have read the reviews prior to buying! Very poorly constructed. Saw fell apart during first use, after being in the box for 3 months. Bar oil constantly leaking during use. Lesson learned! A brand like Husqvarna should be able to stand behind their products, my time and patience are worth more than dealing with the aggravation.

This brand is good !

It’s good so far ! They told us wrong , two different guys didn’t know anything about the saws but we ended up buying the one we wanted anyway ! We always buy a lot from Lowe’s . We love the products !

Nice Machine

I've had this chainsaw (120 Mk II) about a month now. Used it to cut down a couple oak trees, one of them 16" in diameter. It did lack a bit in power at times, but it was 16" hardwood I was cutting with a 14" blade. It worked great overall and got the job done. It did go through a tank of gas rather quickly, but it's a small tank. It started up for me each time (if you follow the startup directions given), and ran continuously until I shut it off. I hope to get years of use with this saw.

horrible, need a lot of pressure to cut

Needs a lot of pressure to cut 2 inch branch. It stops when cutting thicker branches. It is the worst chainsaw Have ever used. It is piece of garbage. Also, see some reviews on YouTube before buying. Wish I did. Now I am stock with it because it as Christmas gift and 30 days passed by.
