I took these locks to a Lowe’s store to have them rekeyed to my existing key and was told they can’t do that. That’s after I spent $300+ dollars on the hardware. The reason…because these items aren’t stocked in the store, they wouldn’t provide that service. So I had to spend an additional 159.00 to get all 10 locks rekeyed at a local hardware store. You just lost another customer.

Beautiful handles at a great price! I like the look a lot on our new interior shaker style doors. I didn’t want a too modern look and the shape of these was perfect for our more traditional/casual home. My only complaint is that not all of the handles are completely straight in the horizontal direction. They slant down a bit. Not a deal breaker but something that catches my eye in an annoying way.

Like the matching set + deadbolt we bought to replace our (assumed) original hardware at our 1986 condo, the handle jiggles in place when you touch it, making it seem kind of cheap. We are already thinking about replacing them in a few years with something nicer.
