Who Doesn't Like a Puppy at Christmas

After unpacking and reading the directions it will take about 10 minutes to assemble. Identifying pin locations through the hair will take some patience and care. The dog is cute, but..

The dog is cute but a little complicated to put together. The problem with this was the round bulb light set that came with the dog. Every bulb filled with water, after I brought it in, to clean and put away, the water remained. The bulbs dripped with water a week later. I pitched the set concerned about the set shorting out or causing a mold problem with the dog.

Good for the price

I bought this product for a family member as a surprise. Took a moment to figure out how to put it together, but once I got the hang of it it was no problem. Little pieces of fur do fall off, but it isn’t noticeable on the product. Lights work great. I love that they include a small collar to hide the metal around the neck.

Nice addition to our outdoor decorations

There is some assembly required for this product but nothing too hard. Aside from having the back legs on upside down at first, the assembly is pretty simple. I did notice that when handling the framework of the dog some of the "hair" did come out but nothing noticable when it was completely assembled. The inside lights of the dog are prearranged and prewired but the outside ligts are separate and can be arranged however you like. Will make a nice addition to our Christmas decorations. Cute but can be a challenge to assemble

I bought 2 penguins, 1 owl, 1 tree, 1 santa ladder, and 1 dog from Lowe's this past week. I'm really happy with all of them, and they all look great! The penguins, owl and tree were very easy to assemble. The santa ladder takes a lot longer to assemble than the 10 minutes the instructions say, but it is really well constructed and sturdy. If you are having trouble assembling the dog, you probably have the body upside-down like I did at first. The most challenging one to assemble but still fun ...

Beautiful Christmas decoration

I absolutely love this decoration and it looks just like my little pup. The item was pretty easy to put together and I was able to assemble it in about 20 minutes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it's not super sturdy. These types of decorations with the wire type frame are usually like this. if you are displaying inside or under a covered porch there won't be any issue. I love that it included the stakes and that should help it stay put if we get any wind.

Absolute Junk

The actual product looks nothing like the photo. It came in at least 10 pieces in a very small box. It would take 30 minutes to assemble and is held together only by pins. There is no way that this dog could go outside. I returned it right away. I would have gladly paid more to have a properly sturdy product.

Dob't buy display models for full price.

You didn't have one in a box so they sold me the one on display for full price. When i got it home and plugged it in half of the lights didn't work so i had to repair them. I feel i should have gotten a discount on buying the display one.

Very nice sized and cute light up dog

I love this light up Playful Doodle from Holiday Living. I like that this light up dog can be used indoors or outdoors. With all the rain and thunderstorms we've been having. I decided to take the pictures indoors. It was very easy to put together and the directions were very easy to follow. The lights aren't blinding bright. Super cute Christmas decor, just what we wanted

This Christmas doodle is exactly what we wanted for our front porch. They had a different version last year which we also purchased. It's a good size, super cute, and looks just like one of our doodles. I hope next year they have another one that comes in a different color, hopefully white with brown spots like our other doodle. I would suggest that you test it before you leave the store, the first one didn't work and had to get another one.
