If she’s working, she’s cool
My item was damaged…. Her head was so loud that you couldn’t even hear her sing…. I reached out to the company that connect me with the manufacturer. They told me they didn’t have a replacement parts because I bought it too early. I dispute it with the woman and told her if you have it in the store it should be available to be replace..bad customer service
