This is a nice product and works as expected. It is quiet even on high and produces plenty of airflow. I bought one that said bronze finish on the box but it was black. I actually didn't pay any attention until I was about half way through the install. Because I was so far along I decided to just keep it so, if the finish color is really important to you, I would recommend opening the box at the store. Ceiling fan improperly installed

The ceiling fan wasn’t installed 3-feet from the fire sprinkler. Thus, it was noted by the home inspection. The electrician should’ve known this and Lowe hasn’t return my phone call to remediate the problem.

Light is ugly

I picked out a fan online that would have matched the one that broke and was being replaced. The website indicated that there were multiples in stock. This was not the fan I picked out, but was what was available in my price point when I got to the store (less than 1 hour later). It IS quiet and it moves a lot of air. It only has 1 lightbulb ( I should have checked before purchase.) so it’s not as bright as my previous fan. I also do not like the look of the light.

This fan only has one lightbulb and is very very dull. It will not suffice for an office light, or even a bedroom light. It also has a really bad smell and is unattractive. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to install it within 90 days, so now we cannot return it.

After my experience, I would not recommend a Harbor Breeze fan to anyone, especially if the low price is what attracts you. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the small light bulb that comes with this fan is very dim and cannot be easily replaced for something brighter, unless you want to waste your money. The bulb size needed is hard to find in stores based on the fixture’s 60w/800 lumen limits. The other issue is if you try to replace it with a regular size bulb, the bulb cover is too s...

Worked for 24 hours then light quit

1st of all, we ordered this online for pick up in-store. Brought the 1st one home, opened it up and it was broken in 2 pieces and was obviously returned prior. Returned it to the store, had to do a full return and repurchase insteadnof just switching it out for a replacement. Scheduling department need a lot of work

The fan is awesome, the installation was good. However, the install schedule department needs a lot of help to make schedule properly. I have never heard of a installation scheduling company that provides installation dates that the installer cannot make. Most place check the installer in available before making an appointment.
