We thought three of these for different rooms over the span of a year. They worked great. Now all three of them make the MOST irritating clicking noise when on and it drives me absolutely insane. What a waste of money.

Good vs. Bad

Would Not Recommend

I bought 2 of these fans for my daughters rooms and while both still work fine one of them had integrated LED burn out at or around 2 years and I have looked on Lowes since to no avail for a replacement LED says out of stock for at least a year or more. Lowes still sells the fan but not a bulb for it seen on the site. Im sure can find one elsewhere but sometimes they say comparable and aren't so going down that road now though. Disappointed and may not buy another fan there!

No Replacement Remote Available

Would Not Recommend

DO NOT BUY THIS FAN. If you lose the remote (or it stops working), there is no replacement remote that works. They claim to have one, but I've tried it a million times and it just does not work. Therefore the only way to fix a broken or lost remote is to tear down the existing fan, buy a new fan (over $100), install the new fan (over $100, or a lot of pain). Why do that, when you can buy ANY OTHER FAN that has a replacement remote option.

I cannot replace the LED. It looks nice and the price seems good but the LED died and I cannot replace it. Harbor Breeze is a Lowe's brand. When I contact Lowe's they advise the LED replacement kit is out of stock and they have no idea when it will be back in stock. A ceiling fan with bulbs would have been a better choice.

Reliability is not good ...

I installed 3 of these fans. Two of them worked properly but the light dimming function in one of them does not work. The light turns on and off but will not dim. When contacted about this Lowes customer service told me that repair parts are not available and I would have to remove the whole fan assembly from the ceiling and take it to the store .... REALLY POOR SOLUTION since that is an hour of work to take it off ...
