Great to touch up fresh paint on walls

I purchased these brushes to touch up some areas where "delicate" painters tape pulled paint (painted 48 hours prior) away from the wall near my baseboards. I was hesitant to buy these due to the negative reviews, but I used 2 of the brushes and they fit my needs perfectly. I was not trying to paint large areas and these did the job. The touch up areas blended in nicely with the rest of the wall. Perhaps others had a bad batch, but I did not have issues with bristles coming off or the brushe...

Absolutely awful if you want a professional finish

I purchased these brushes to paint some suspension parts for my snowmobile. I used Rustoleum high performance protective enamel paint, which is an oil based paint. When using an oil based paint, it is recommended that you use natural bristles brushes. The problem with these brushes is that the bristles fall out and get mixed in with the paint so you have to constantly stop and pull loose bristles out of you paint job. Don't waste your money on these brushes.

Bad brushs no star

purchased brushes light jobs, touchup and small detailing work Opened package and all the brushes were stiff not usable at all took back to store and the customer service rep didn't want to take them back long story short he finally gave me refund Went back to aisle and all the packages 6 or 7 no good should not be selling this product waste of time and money as if they were dipped in glue or clean paint

can you Paint by numbers?

I mean it’s a cheap set so you can’t have An expectation that this is going to be some wonderful paint brush that will last years and years but if you’re looking for something for a quick project it’ll do what you needed to do and they are basically like throwaways to me but that’s cool it’s better than going to the dollar store

they shed

Just be aware that these brushes are not good quality. During my project I was picking hairs off of it. I did use my fingers on the other brushes before use and pulled all the strays out first. Not to bad after that.

Nice set of craft brushes

Unfortunately craft brushes are hard to find unless you shop at a craft store, but are very handy to have for different projects around the house. I was thrilled to find these on Lowes.com so I ordered several to have on hand. Good quality and the right selection of sizes for me !

Absolute junk

One of the brushes was worn to a nub after one use applying grout sealer to a 10 sq. ft. countertop. Another one was so floppy you couldn't paint with it. When you tried to brush the paint, the bristles just folded over at a right angle to the shaft.

Good Touch Up Brushes

Excellent brushes for just touching up wheels or metal furniture. In this case, I used the smaller brush to touch up my anodized wheels that had curb rash. These brushes applied the paint in smooth strokes and blended the color well.

Danger! Danger!

What a rotten, stinking, lousy bunch of no good paint brushes. Almost ruined a project. As soon as they are used the bristles and hairs start to come out in the paint. If you think you can tug on a few loose ones to get them out and continue, think again. No stopping them. Only solution was to completely wipe off the newly applied paint, full of bristles, wipe it off to let it dry and try again later. Why would Lowes sell such a lousy product?

Don't Waste Your Money

Spend a few extra bucks and get quality brushes if you plan to do any small detailed work. These brushes are the worst brushes I've ever used. Bristles kept falling out while painting and while I was cleaning them. I could have gotten a better paint job if I would have used my fingers instead. Spent most of my time pulling bristles out of my paint job. I highly recommend you don't not buy these brushes. Do yourself a favor and go to a hobby store, spend a few extra dollars, and get a good qualit...
