Greenworks 24-Volt Yard Clean Up Collection

Poorly assembled product

I bought this blower/vacuum in august and the leaf bag is assembled incorrectly. The output blows up into the top of the bag, the bag is connected upside down, as a result the bag won’t clip where it is supposed to clip. I called green works and was told I needed the order number or he couldn’t help me. I received a flawed product with no apparent recourse. I will not be buying anything made by green works in the future.

Strong but has faults

Blower is strong but doesn’t last long. Vacuum doesn’t mulch all the leaves. Battery charger will only charge if the cord is disconnected and reconnected to the receptacle each time batteries are charged. Lastly, zipper on bag broke after only having it less than a year and only using a dozen times or so. The bag is only warrantied for 90 days. A new bag is only $16.95 plus shipping, but it’s the principle about it.

Quiet leaf blower

This is the quietest leaf blower and vacuum I have ever used. Used for half an hour getting the maple leaves off the driveway, and no one noticed the noise. Note - the batteries will not charge while hot, so you can't charge right after using the blower for a long period. This isn't bad, and the charger tells you the battery is too warm.

Batteries don't last

The blower and vacuum is comfortable to use, especially in comparison to my last one from a different manufacturer. However, the batteries only part about 30 minutes and take hours to recharge. Just what I needed

You get what you pay for…
