Damaged in Delivery and Barriers to Return/Replace

I purchased 2 of these, and both were delivered to my house damaged. The boxes were broken and the metal inside visibly bent before opening them. I was able to bend the pieces back enough to assemble on of them, but the other was far too damaged. I spent over an hour on a call with Customer Service and had 2 separate Chat sessions with different Agents, and none of them could arrange a pickup and replacement. Better than their house brand

I bought two of these. For the price, they are nicer than the other two brands carried at Lowes. Wait for them to go on sale. Very nice powder coat finish, but not rough .. it's very smooth. Nice leveling feet. All the provided hardware was good quality and fit perfectly. They are not complicated to assemble but the instructions are kind of confusing. Better off without instructions? Beware of shipping to home

I ordered 3 of these for about $990 and the boxes arrived damaged. Opened the boxes to confirm that several panels had been bent, dented, or warped out of shape. The shipment of 3 boxes weighed over 400 lbs. Lowe's would not send someone to pick them up and gave me $47 for the trouble. Good luck.

Excellent cabinet; strong & sturdy.

Excellent service. I had the assembly done by the store with home delivery. Delivered as promised and exactly what I needed & expected. Cabinet is a quality product with stable/secure shelves & a security key/latch. Shelves are adjustable with plenty of storage capacity. Highly recommend

Cabinet purchase

I ordered 2 and one box was very damaged as was the cabinet inside. It was drop shipped and came Fed Ex not by Lowe’s. Second cabinet was also bent on the top sides but we could fix that. I’m having to wait now for a replacement cabinet

Much better than i anticipated

so first i purchased a resin cabinet from a different competitor store yes that one and it looked nice but it was so cheap and flimsy i had to return it to HD then shopped around and this was the best i could find but was $440 in store and decided was too expensive for my needs and couldn't find anything close to for my needs then i looked in the Lowe's app and saw it was on sale $299 but i was on last day of sale which was probably why there were only the full price signs so i bought it online ...

Gladiator cabinet

Nice cabinet, but I made the mistake of letting Lowe’s assemble and deliver. It’s dented and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t make the mistake I made, just take it home and assemble yourself.

Great cabinet poor delivery

The product itself is fine. The service was not. The crew that delivered the cabinet came after business hours and of course no one was there to meet them. Then I’m told that they somehow damaged the cabinet and had to build another one. So then another date had to be set to deliver the new cabinet. Good cabinet but bad instructions

Nice cabinet but the instructions could have been better for installing on the wall. Should have left as a shell to mount to grid wall as the doors and shelves add a lot of weight
