This sealant provides 40 percent more flexibility than Class 25 sealants and delivers 5X stronger adhesion than our Tub and Tile Silicone sealant to help prevent gaps cracks and leaks. The neutral cure formula offers low odor while curing and will not discolor most high end metal finishes such as chrome bronze and nickel. It is water ready in 30 minutes and offers 10 year mold free product protection to help resist stain causing mold and mildew. This durable sealant adheres to most metals plastics woods glass drywall plaster granite and additional common kitchen and bath surfaces. For projects needing maximum performance or paintability consider trading up to GE Supreme Silicone or the new paintable GE Pro Seal Max hybrid sealant.

Waterproof that thing!

Straight forward, you cut this bad boy open next thing you pumping it out to bring you the best waterproofing needed for your big ole bath tub. Need my dirty shower to be water tight and that’s exactly what I got!!!! If you want to be disappointed grab a different product no names but used one that was clumpy. This one had smooth finish.

Would Not Recommend

Probably is really waterproof, but incredibly tough to work with. Very sticky and hard to clean up or get a clean line. Other tub and shower sealants have worked better for me.

Great for Bathroom Shower Door installs

The Advanced Silicone Caulk goes on nice and smooth. I used it on a Shower Door install and the caulk flowed easily out of the tube. It was the easiest part of the install. And the GE Brand has been around for years.

Gets moldy relatively quickly.

Would Not Recommend

I have used this in the past for my shower. It says 10 year no mold guarantee. It resists mold for about 6 months. I always have to redo the caulk not because it doesnt hold up but because it looks bad due to mold.
