Create a watertight seal that is secure and long-lasting for your new sink install. The Oatey Plumber's Putty is a soft, flexible setting compound that will not harden, shrink, crack, or crumble and will not stick to your hands. Its fungus-proof seal is ideal for sink drain flanges, frames, and strainers and the plastic putty knife set allows you to easily apply the compound to the various areas. The GE Advanced Silicone Caulk will provide the best seal between the edges of the sink and the countertop. The caulk is shrink and crack-proof and ready for water in 30 minutes. With stronger adhesion and more flexibility, the sealant adheres to most surfaces that are prone to water exposure. A caulking gun will assist in getting an even, continuous bead of sealant between the joints, and finishing tools will remove any excess amount while giving your project a finishing, professional look.

It is water ready in 30 minutes and offers 10 year mold free product protection to help resist stain causing mold and mildew. This durable sealant adheres to most metals plastics woods glass drywall plaster granite and additional common kitchen and bath surfaces. For projects needing maximum performance or paintability consider trading up to GE Supreme Silicone or the new paintable GE Pro Seal Max hybrid sealant.

Great for Bathroom Shower Door installs

The Advanced Silicone Caulk goes on nice and smooth. I used it on a Shower Door install and the caulk flowed easily out of the tube. It was the easiest part of the install. And the GE Brand has been around for years.

Waterproof that thing!

Would Recommend

Straight forward, you cut this bad boy open next thing you pumping it out to bring you the best waterproofing needed for your big ole bath tub. Need my dirty shower to be water tight and that’s exactly what I got!!!! If you want to be disappointed grab a different product no names but used one that was clumpy. This one had smooth finish.

Gets moldy relatively quickly.

Would Not Recommend

I have used this in the past for my shower. It says 10 year no mold guarantee. It resists mold for about 6 months. I always have to redo the caulk not because it doesnt hold up but because it looks bad due to mold.
