Terrible customer service & delivery service

The refrigerator itself is fine. Seems to work well, it's quiet, and fits well in the space. My reason for two stars is due to Lowe's Sioux Falls. I am extremely disappointed in both their customer service and delivery service. I purchased the fridge in the store on Sunday, June 1st. The sales person, who seemed very friendly and helpful, told me it would be delivered on Wednesday, June 3rd, as they had one in the back room. ATTRACTIVE AND AFFORDABLE FRIDGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular model is perfect for an apartment, or a two person (or one) household. Cools quickly. No light in freezer. One design flaw to keep in mind. When shutting the refrigerator door, the freezer door could pop open and you not know it. So, one hand on both compartments when closing.

Just right for our small bnb

My Fridge

My Fridge was priced right with my tight budget I was able to also get it delivered in 1 weeks time. ! I would definitely recommend it!

Compact and mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happily surprised to see this refrigerator is Star Energy rated and ability to switch the freezer and fridge door-swing from left to righthand opening. The interior cu. footage is well organized with door shelves and crisper drawer. Glass shelves were a definite plus. This unit was purchased as a replacement in a studio rental and tenant is as satisfied with fridge as much as I.

Quiet and Energy Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old fridge (another brand) was incredibly noisy, even from the beginning. After 14 years I decided it was time for a new one. I did a lot of research and decided on this Frigidaire. Being new and smaller I’m sure I will use less energy. It is also reasonably quiet, as promised.

14 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator

Pretty good fridge, except that it likes to roll forward when trying to open it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fridge so far. I wish they installed some brakes on the wheels since it has a tendency to roll towards you when you try to open the door. This can be easily remedied with some creativity, but just something to be aware of.

Great Little Fridge in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little fridge holds more than the large French door fridge with the bottom freezer drawer! I reversed the doors so it opens into the kitchen. The delivery men should have done this, so be sure to check this before you let the delivery men leave.
