Quality towel holder at the right price

Recently repainted bathroom cabinets, walls and updated the hardware. Went with black soci needed a towel holder to match. This one was priced right and functions as it should, and looks more modern that the old towel bar I had. I also got the matching toilet paper holder. I like them both for the price point that they are at.

Must use anchor

I almost returned. I was 30 minutes into install and it was still loose and I couldn’t get it to tighten. I tried one more time. I screwed the bracket into the anchor where my former towel ring was. Instead of the screw in kit I used the screws from old ring. I only screwed in one nail because the second anchor was spaced too far down. Ordered several of these for bathrooms in my house. They were fine except one had a slight defect in the finish that looked like it might lead to rust in that area in the future. So I returned it and ordered a new one. That one was loose/wobbly between the front and base so my husband went to tighten it a little and it sheered the screw off. We should have just returned it. Instead we are stuck with the bill and have to order yet another one.

Another Quality Product

As I noted on a Franklin brass towel bar review, this towel ring is well made, has solid brackets, has a good finish and looks modern but also functional. We've now purchased another towel bar and toilet paper holder in the Maxted line. Nice products. And we've looked at other brands at or greater price and most others did not appear as good to my wife and I.

Matches Existing Fixtures and Good Value

First, it matches our current fixtures. Secondly, my spouse likes them. Third, the plastic bag packaging was sufficient & protected the fixture. Fourth, Lowes price was competitive. Fifth, the installation was smooth.
