Leaking batteries

This kit came with 2.5A and 5.0A batteries. Immediately upon unpacking I noticed that both were leaking "slime" for lack of a better word. I called the manufacturer and was told that this was a phase change material used for cooling the batteries while in use. They stated that it was non-toxic and if I would register the product they would send replacements. They also stated that batteries manufactured after Jan '23 would not have this problem. Wow! Super powerful kit

Wow! This turbo drill is on another level very happy with it and the quick release impact is very powerful this kit comes with 2 batteries and charger ready to go! Just what i was hoping for I recomend this kit 100%

If you have tried other brands....

you might not like this set. Let's say you are a Metabo HPT user (or the other two Ms that you can think of), there will be certain things about Flex tool you wish it had that other brands have. Flex impact driver has the tendency to cam out screws more than I'd like to and that probably has to do that impacting doesn't happen until it's almost fully driven to the material kinda like you are on screw driver mode. Really are FLEXING on the competition

Best thing since slices bread.. Super powerful. I've owned all the brands u name em, if I havent owned my employees at the time had the best of the best and these are the fastest strongest tools I've used.. made by chervon which makes e-go brand outdoor stuff using their battery tech and better than kobalt which the XTR line is very impressive that's actually what I got first. Great overall combo, could use slight improvements

After using the tools for a couple weeks, I have very few complaints. The hammer drill is very powerful and had no problem getting through a couple inches of brick and concrete for mounting anchors, Tapcons, and through holes. The impact is compact and gets the job done for both driving screws and drilling holes with a 1 inch and 1 1/2 inch spade bit. Very powerful drill

Very powerful drill and impact. When I first received the kit my 2.5ah battery was leaking like other people's batteries but since I wiped it clean haven't had the same problem. I think it's honestly too over kill for my line of work as an electrician but not really a good complaint. You can definitely feel the weight of the set but its power shows you why it's so heavy. My main complaints are that the attachments they provide like the belt clip and bit holder. You can only use one or the other ...
