FLEX 24-Volt 2 Tool Starter Kit

battery replacement

My older batteries were leaking. I needed to get them replaced. I love the tools that I have and am considering replacing my aging Milwaukee set to Flex. Receiving new batteries is helping me along with my consideration of other tools. Would like to see a drill press in the future.....

Batteries failed and leaked

The batteries stopped working after 2 years and leaking jelly fluid. Worst drill ever. I called the manufacturer and they said they won’t replace it.

Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at the power of the Drill Driver and Impact Driver kit from Flex. I have had many other brands and this is by far the most powerful I have used. This kit comes with a brushless 24V Impact driver and a brushless 24V Drill Driver. The Impact driver has a variable speed trigger. The harder I pressed it the faster it went. It also has a LED light located at the bottom to make seeing your jobs a little easier. This is a well-construc...

Great tools!

Perfect size, light weight and powerful! These tools are impressive for the money.

Not worth the price

Bought this a bit over a year ago and both the drill and impact are showing signs of rust. They have been used properly for work. It has started to become hard to switch bits into the impact, due to the metal rusting. The batteries that came with the combo kit leaked. For the price I wish I had got one of the bigger brands i also find it hard to control the impact and find its easy to slip. I do find the batteries charge within 30 minutes and last longer than expected, considering its just the 2...

Got it Right!

Well built, smooth running, very ergonomic. They are a little on the heavy side but I would gladly compromise on the weight to have a well built, well running took. I'm a die hard Kobalt guy but I think I couldn't have made a better choice of which one to fall back on in times of need. Great Job Flex, Outstanding Set of Power Tools! A+++

Recent purchase

Just purchased product and noticed One battery out of the two occasionally shows defective this is after it sits for a while so it is not a hot battery but if it continues I will probably ask for a replacement and Battery button which shows amount of charge is very hard to depress

FLEX Drill Driver and Impact Driver Kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FLEX 24V Brushless 1/2" 2-Speed Drill Driver and 1/4" Hex Impact Driver combo is the perfect tool set to get the job done. It comes with two batteries one for each tool and a charging base. I put each battery on charge for 6 hours each and there both fully charged. I did a fulls day work and still had battery power left at the end of the day. I didn’t see no change in power from the begging of the day until the end. I loved that they are cordle...

Sleek & Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this drill driver and impact driver a couple of weeks ago and have used it on a few small projects I've been working on, including building a bed frame for my wife and I. It comes with the two drills, two batteries, one charger, two basic drill bits, and a carrying case. The carrying case comfortably fits all of these items inside, and even has a little bit of room for several other items. Both drills have a bright LED (I think) light tow...

check the SPECS, nothing beats FLEX!

This combo is a perfect starter kit for all your upgrades at home or in the office. It does an excellent job on 1-speed. I hardly need to use the 2-speed only needed it when I drilled a hole through a concrete wall. The impact drill is so small and powerful, honestly didn't think the impact drill was going to handle the way it did and lasted way longer than any other drill I own. Both of these drills lasted 3 moderate working days (5.0Ah) and installed hundreds if not over a thousand screws in ...
