The setup information gets lost
I have three of these. Twice now when the app has lost the device and program information. The first time it happened when I was at home, so it wasn't a huge deal. I just had to re-sync all three devices and reprogram the timers. Today it lost the device and programming information again, but this time I am away for the winter and and I can't re-sync it remotely. So now I am without timers until I get back home. Easy to connect / Reliable
I have been adopting more IOT devices into my home, integrated with Google Home Automations. The Enbrighten devices (Indoor and Outdoor 120V Switches) have been the most reliable and easiest to connect. I use the Enbrighten App to install and update, and Google Home App to control. Great for Christmas lights all over the house!
Love theses things! I bought a bunch when they were only $5 each. I have all of our Christmas lights plugged into these smart outlets. It takes a minute or two to connect each individual outlet to your wi-fi, but once they connect, you're good to go! We already have some Alexa Dot's around the house, so I created names for each set of lights and groups for each group of lights, and now we can just ask Alexa to "turn on all Christmas lights" and zap! Poor Customer Service
Product if fine. Dissatisfied with Lowe’s On-Line shopping experience. They gave my husband a clearly returned product. It won’t allow me to add pictures of the package as it was shipped. It had been opened, clearly a return, it was rented with scotch tape.

Limited scheduling
Does not offer on/off at sun up or down as an option (as far as I'm able to understand). Similar devices offer this but will cost more than this one.
Useless
I bought this one and a Backyard Stake from the same brand (in the same order). I was unable to set it up, even calling to the manufacturer they recommended to return it. With the backyard one i had no issues (other than is pain to make it work with anything but their own app, that if it even links)

Great device
Bought this to use for Christmas lights so I could setup a schedule for them to come on automatically each day . This device worked great since I could control the settings from my phone with the app.
Won't work with Google Home
I bought four of these last Christmas and they work great. They integrated easily with Google Home. The two I bought this year won't work with Google Home. I added them to the Enbrighten app but Google can't recognize them. Enbrighten support couldn't help.
