I will start with saying, with the operation of the product, no complaints so far. Only used it once, worked great. My problem is with the customer service. The part that the manual calls the shoulder strap loop, attaches to the shaft and the shoulder strap connect to, is missing the bolt that tightens it to the shaft. Great unit with one very noticeable flaw
So far so good. Everything functioning well as of now. Power, balance, and ergonomics are all great. The only issue that I have is the string sits lower on the head than with a bump feed trimmer. This makes it harder when trimming grass around objects. I end up trimming the grass too low. Many times I would completely destroy grass and cut into dirt leaving a bald patch in the lawn. If you are used to bump feed heads be aware of this issue. Will take some practice to get used to this lower line ...
