Leaking Stem

Would Not Recommend

The hot water handle leaks even when it is off, Plumber could not fix it. We were thinking of getting another one to see if it will not leak. So, we are using cold water only.

Replaced 3 bathroom countertops with granite so I purchased 4 of these faucets. The installation was done by professional plumber. Likes: the design, the colors, ease of use, the faucet placement options (straight / curved etc.). The instructions were not specific enough to tell you the faucet handles have to be installed a specifically left or right side. Once faucet Wes installed the handles only worked backwards and I had to swap the handles to the other side so they would operate properly
