Beautiful but...

I absolutely love the look of this but less than two months in, it started intermittently leaking from the spray nozzle. I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

Overengineered.

The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. Unreliable - worst purchase ever

We bought this in July 23 and installed/started using in Jan 24. We always struggled with getting the touch feature to work, but its gotten worse to the point that 2.5months in I get water in my kitchen maybe 1 time out of 7-8 times I try in a day! Gorgeous and very quickly dysfunctional

Love the look of this! Installation was fairly straightforward and it functioned fine for the first little while. But within 3 months, the pull-down sprayer head would not retract properly into the main faucet - the inner ?tube? magnet? something was protruding from the main faucet approx 1/4 inch blocking the head from fitting in properly. Great Concept. Imperfect execution.

We had this installed a few weeks ago. It accomplishes our color objective, but it is not the best faucet ever despite the $600+ price tag. The features are not executed well, though for the most part they function as the manufacturer intended. Magnetic ring detached and broke.

Hi, is an excellent product, I would like to know if you sell the magnetic ring, is not on your parts list. Mine detached from the goose neck, and it broke. Is a metal magnetic ring. I Really need this part and instructions of how to attach it.

Hot and cold labels not consistent

I have both this faucet and the Trinsic single-handle bathroom vanity faucet. The cold and hot label are in the opposite direction. For one faucet, when you pull towards the wall, it is hot; in the other, it is cold. It is dangerous for young children, and annoying for us and guests as it is not consistent. Is there any way this can be fixed?

DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY

We purchased this faucet to complement updates to our kitchen. That was a mistake! Within 6 months of installation, the faucet no longer worked - no water sometimes and when there is water, the LED lights that indicate water temperature either don't work or don't indicate the correct temperature. Delta sent a replacement part because it's under warranty, but, of course, that leaves us with a second installation cost in less than a year. Time to look for another option before we spend more on ...

Breaks consistently

First off, I love the design and the functionality when the faucet works. Also Delta has replaced a piece free of charge for us, which we appreciated. Attached is how our spout looked last year. This year, the sink started dripping and the hot water will not run (if turned to hot) to try and repair, we will have to spend another $200 in hopes replacement parts will work. Disappointed with Delta

I registered this product when it was first purchased in 2018. The product no longer works and as I try to find out warranty information, Delta deleted my original registration. Now I have to re-register my product again to even get help. This is both an inconvenience and perhaps a policy change if they no longer provide warranty on my product. Frustrating!!!
