Twitchy sensors drive me nuts

The proximity sensor is way too sensitive even on the low setting. This thing turns on an off constantly. I am likely going to just remove the batteries and use as a regular faucet. Unfortunately, by the time my remodel of the kitchen got to the point to install this, I was outside the return window. Would not recommend this. I only gave it 2 stars because the build quality seems nice.

Fingerprint free

The no touch on this product is the best. You are not having to clean grimy kid fingerprints off it all the time.

Beautiful but...

I absolutely love the look of this but less than two months in, it started intermittently leaking from the spray nozzle. I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

Overengineered.

The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. Unreliable - worst purchase ever

We bought this in July 23 and installed/started using in Jan 24. We always struggled with getting the touch feature to work, but its gotten worse to the point that 2.5months in I get water in my kitchen maybe 1 time out of 7-8 times I try in a day! Gorgeous and very quickly dysfunctional

Love the look of this! Installation was fairly straightforward and it functioned fine for the first little while. But within 3 months, the pull-down sprayer head would not retract properly into the main faucet - the inner ?tube? magnet? something was protruding from the main faucet approx 1/4 inch blocking the head from fitting in properly. Magnetic ring detached and broke.

Hi, is an excellent product, I would like to know if you sell the magnetic ring, is not on your parts list. Mine detached from the goose neck, and it broke. Is a metal magnetic ring. I Really need this part and instructions of how to attach it.

Hot and cold labels not consistent

I have both this faucet and the Trinsic single-handle bathroom vanity faucet. The cold and hot label are in the opposite direction. For one faucet, when you pull towards the wall, it is hot; in the other, it is cold. It is dangerous for young children, and annoying for us and guests as it is not consistent. Is there any way this can be fixed?

Great Concept. Imperfect execution.

We had this installed a few weeks ago. It accomplishes our color objective, but it is not the best faucet ever despite the $600+ price tag. The features are not executed well, though for the most part they function as the manufacturer intended. Very intuitive functionality. No pressure.

We were extremely happy with the faucet for a year. Even though the water pressure was lacking, the extremely convenient tough on off was well worth it. Then major issues started: the magnet rusted. The on/off valve broke. Delta gladly sent replacement parts very quickly. and I'm a DIYer. I was able to replace everything rather easily. the new magnet is not rusting (so that's fixed), but the valve is a nightmare. I took the old one apart.
