Good water box for bathing

This water box hooks to the wall and makes water come out when you take the bath.

This overpriced piece of junk screeches when used. When you turn it on, after about 30 seconds, it starts making a loud screeching sound. My prior shower head never made a noise. I had this installed by a master plumber (as part of another plumbing need in the house) and he came back and looked at it to try to fix it, so it's not that it's installed wrong. The product is just broken. I'm a busy person. I paid for what should be a good brand. Now I have to put in the time to remove, return...

we bought 1 in Jan 6, 2024 for the spare then we bought 1 in Dec 26, 2025 we love it helps clean the tub after the dos bath. Raises the stream high so helps for taller people

Quality product

This valve is part of the overall shower assembly along with the cover and handles. together it is very high quality and very attractive in our newly-updated bathroom

does the job great, plastic feel isn't great

This is an overall good showerhead. I've had it for a few weeks now and haven't had any problems with it yet and it was certainly an upgrade from my last. My only critique is that it feels as if its made of plastic and although very lightweight when holding it, feels sort of cheap. That however doesn't effect the functionality one bit as it surpassed my expectations in pressure and modes. The cleaning spray is strong and doesn't kick water back at you when cleaning, its a wonderful addition.

Almost perfect!

Just about perfect, the spray selects are all very useful, from soft and gentle to hard (but not to hard) spray. The high pressure cleaning spray is a bonus! My only complaint is the adaptor fitting that connects between Chrome shower supply water line and the Chrome flexible supply water line is Gray plastic instead of Chrome.

Price is so reasonable on this. Arrived on time. I decided to buy a different shower head trim kit that already has this included in the kit so unfortunately I’ll have to return this to the store. But otherwise shipping and delivery was great.

Great shower head w/ possible workaround needed

This is our 2nd of the same shower head. Overall great product. Settings are good, pressure is great (though can't say how much is attributed to the shower head vs. our water). Super easy install. 4 stars instead of 5 because on the most recent one it would only tighten into place upside down. Took me several tries of wrapping a ton of plumbers tape (thank you reddit) to get it into the correct position. I'd imagine a washer would have worked too if you have one laying around. This is a good rough valve that does not include the stop valves with it, but you can implement that outside of this valve.
