Great buy, decent price.

This item looked exactly like the picture and arrived in new condition even though the box was damaged. It was easy to install (once I learned to use a screwdriver, not a drill for these screws), and holds a normal sized bath towel easily. I got the stainless steel color and it matches my other Delta fixtures. Once the towel is hung, the hook isn’t visible at all

Quality product

I love the product, but it was difficult to navigate the process to pick it up at the store, between finding the place and getting the scan right, only to find out it was in a locker which was somewhere else. The store employees were helpful, however. Also, it tightens to the wall with an allen wrench which is included. However, a few years later when it loosens from the wall, all you can see is that it doesn’t use a screwdriver. Not a good design element,

A little slippery perhaps

These hooks are really smooth and sleek, so it is a little tricky to get towels to stay on them. You kind of have to crumple it up a bit at the top to get enough material for the towel to stay put. I ordered 2 and one of them came out of the box quite scratched, so it is getting exchanged.

Nice Robe Hook

This was the same hook that our builder installed in some of the bathrooms, but we added it to a couple closets. It comes with a template to guide where to drill the holes and screws and drywall anchors

Good but has dings

Item is good quality overall but 2 of the 3 hooks we received had dings and scratches on the front surface. Still usable overall

Bathroom hook

Very nice bathroom hook. It matches the one that the designer picked out for our new home. We needed 2 not one so I found this from Lowes and it's great!
