We bought this faucet and had it for a number of years (5+?). Early on, we had an issue with what seemed to be something blocking the water outlet. My call to the service center was answered promptly, and the person I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant. He asked me enough questions to decide he needed to send me a new part, free of charge. Very cheap for the price

I am not sure why this faucet is so expensive. After standing in the aisle for at least an hour, one of the Lowes employees said that Delta was one of the best. I couldn't really spend too much time comparing and only read a few reviews. It seemed like it would work since I needed one that day. Head stops working after a year or so

We've had this faucet about 2 years. At first it was fine, typical faucet. Although the "shieldspray technology" is annoying and we never use it. But then the head stopped working - as it there is little water coming out. I can take the head off, and it sprays fine. I put the head back on, and the water pressure is a dribble. I have soaked it in vinegar, washed all the screens, everything appears fine - but it won't have a decent water stream. I googled to see if I could just buy a new head, an...

Nice Kitchen Faucet and Soap Dispenser

This is a quality faucet and it was easy to install despite the instructions being light on details. I would have preferred braided stainless steel lines instead of PEKS, which can be challenging to route under a sink without interfering with the drain pipe, garbage disposal, or other items in a tight space. After using it for two weeks, we have not experienced any problems.

No complaints about the faucet and its function- working as expected. The mounting is problematic. There is a lot of stress on the single handle from repeated use. This is also logical for this to happen. After a year of use, the mounting started to loosen and wobble. Great customer service, not a great faucet.

We purchased 3 Delta kitchen faucets one day from Lowes. The Cason was the high arch for the main sink in kitchen. The other 2 have been wonderful w/o issue, but the Cason has not worked well at all. Started reading reviews (too late). Seems we have same issue others have had. Luckily, Delta customer service is wonderful, and we experienced great results. They are sending a new head for free. WORST faucet ever

So many things wrong I don't know where to begin. I'll start with the three spray patterns all of which are absolutely horrible. These standard spray is really narrow which results in a lot of splashing water as there is too much force being put into the sink. The second spray pattern is six little jets in two lines of three. It is made well, but we hate how it functions.

Installation was a bit troublesome. We have a three hole sink so we used the included cover plate. The faucet never really sat as snug as I thought it should. The mounting bracket in the center is unique compared to the dozens of faucets I’ve installed and only holds in the very center so the cover plate doesn’t make good contact on the sides. Junk. Leaks and soap dispenser stopped working.

In just one year of ownership I've had to replace the cartage from leaking. It's leaking again and will need replaced again. the soap dispenser stopped working after only months of use. I will NEVER buy this again. Pure junk!
