Not user friendly!!

This is the first Delta faucet I am very disappointed & unhappy with. It is a nice design & looks great but, there are several things that are not user friendly about it. First of all the handle is made where it needs to be pushed back to the center in order to fully turn off. If not the water will continue to drip. Disappointed in Indiana

I have a love hate relationship w/this faucet. First I never thought I’d pay over $100 for a faucet, just kinda crazy but I loved the features so much I splurged w/a bonus check. Faucet was installed March of 2022. Replaced a leaking faucet. 5 Stars for this faucet. I love everything about this faucet, the height being able to rinse big pots is so helpful. doesn't shut off easily

Very hard to always shut it off. This has been since initial installation which was done by a professional plumber. Have had it a couple years now and it still is totally frustrating. So many times it drips or is on unless you really pay attention and make sure it is shut off in just the right way. Very very disappointed and now looking for a new faucet that works well.

Well-made reliable, attractive kitchen faucet

Overall, faucet is very good - PROS: an attractive contemporary style with no sharp edges, great water pressure (no kinks in the hose compared to my previous far more expensive Touch type faucet), adjusts from Hot to Cold very quickly and the sprayer is very convenient and aligns perfectly. Disappointed but workable

Spray head is awkward to use, as in doesn’t feel comfortable or ergonomic in the hand. The sprayer has a WIDE split in the stream so you have to continuously manipulate it to cover the area you want. It has a third spray option I am told is for plates but I can’t make it do anything useful. The long length of the spray hose is great, as is magnetic docking but mine always wants to seat at an odd angle. Good, attractive faucet

This is the third Ashton faucet I've installed in as many homes. I like the looks and features of it as well as how it functions, overall. My only complaint is in the installation guide that Delta furnishes. Nowhere does it mention that you have to remove the "gooseneck" in order to thread the hose down and under the sink to make the connection to the faucet. This does pop off by pulling up on the neck, then thread the hose through the gooseneck and through the faucet, then press the goosene...

I bought one of these in 2019. It had leaking problems and Delta replaced the cartridge under warranty. It leaked on and off during the years and by 2023 and a kitchen sink upgrade, the bottom was corroded with small sections corroded clear through. I called to inquire about a warranty replacement. The first representative was sympathetic, but said that Delta does not warrant corrosion caused by leaks. She did however offer a new faucet at 50% off, which sounded very generous. At least is ...

Easy to install, looks and works great!

Was easy to install and looks and works great. Water pressure isn’t as strong as my previous cheaper faucet. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the soap dispenser’s opening is so narrow I had to unscrew it just to fill it up. Make sure you use a thin, quick-pouring soap rather than a thick, slow-pouring type if you plan on trying to fill it from the top, otherwise you’ll need to unscrew it from underneath the sink to do it.

Just OK - Delta Ashton kitchen faucet

Bought this faucet to replace a Delta faucet that I really liked. The faucet was damaged and we couldn’t replace the cartridge so the whole faucet had to be replaced. Was in a time crunch to find a replacement as the plumber was coming. Don’t like the looks of the Ashton nearly as well as my old one and there is a sweet spot you have to hit to turn it off. Oh well, I’ll replace this one when the cartridge stops working…
