This faucet is beautiful and worked well initially. Now having nothing but trouble as it plugs constantly. Cannot clean screen but you can remove head which we have several times. Delta decided replacing the hose that feeds through faucet was a good idea but it is braided and ugly. Have not changed but I will have to resort to hiring a plumber to change it. Magnetic clip is a dream, looks great in an island or against a wall, great flow. Wish it was a little easier to pull down and wash with, definitely a tradeoff.

Excellent value for the money

I bought this to replace an existing kitchen faucet that started to fail after two years. I wanted a faucet I could pull down but did it want one that has a hose that retracts inside the faucet head. This faucet looks great, feels substantial and expect it will provide excellent performance for years to come.

Works Great Superb Customer Service

So far I have been very pleased with my new Delta faucet. Works as promised. There was a slight issue that the washers on the water supply lines were damaged. I contacted customer support and spoke with Quinn Allen. Overall this was a minor issue but Quinn treated my concerns as though it was the most important thing she would do that day.
