Purchased this faucet in 9/24. It's falling apart. Disappointed because its falling apart. I will have to replace it with another faucet soon.

Good Faucet - Terrible Instructions

As others have mentioned, the instructions were genuinely bad. They provide no information about the pieces included which often do not match what is shown in diagrams throughout the manual. It seems like these instructions are for multiple types of faucets/configurations which makes things confusing as nothing truly matches up with the contents of the box. Pressure is perfect

Looks great, functions poorly

Faucet is very nice looking and I really wanted to love it, but after a couple of months I wish I would have returned it. Two things killed it for me. 1) The opening is very narrow, which means that the water comes out at a very high pressure and splashes all over everything, like squeezing the end of a garden hose. All in all, this is a good kitchen faucet and I recommend it. What I like: -Relatively easy to put together. Video not any better than paper "instructions". thin flimsy plastic piece goes on above sink. remove tape holding metal and plastic piece together. metal piece goes against underside of sink/counter. shove plastic piece over threaded rod, then screw on washer. the directions for installing the plate above the sink are closer than the video they keep suggesting. blue piece holds spray house to supply lines. a parts list and actual instructions would be infinitely more valuable then another "thank...

Great upgrade from my old pull-down

I replaced an older Delta pull-down faucet that I had used for about 15 years. It was showing its age and, although on its second cartridge, would leak when turned to cold. This faucet was very easy to install. I've done this many times so it was a simple one-person operation. Just take your time on it, read the directions, and you'll have no problem. Good looking but awful function

Bought it from Lowes and will return it .Paid high price for this junk. The spray head does not retract back to its position and you must do it by hand. Low water pressure. Had to open the nuzzel and clean full of sand filter. The price was $85 less than I paid o line. Got so frustraded and Delta customer service told me the problem is with the instalation . Had to ask two plumbers to troubleshoot but finally found out this model donot retract.Will buy Pfister and return this awful faucet.

Liked it so much I bought it twice!

Great Look

We redid our kitchen cabinets and counter top. My wife wanted a black faucet, so she liked this one at Lowe's. The installation was fairly easy, and the faucet looks great. The only issue I had was very low flow after installation. It ended up being the hand sprayer screen was clogged with debris. I took the sprayer off the hose and washed out the debris and now the flow is great.
